Welcome back to our many long-standing traders and new ones,keen to benefit from our 7,000 + visitors. Over 70 traders joined us in 2011 and we’ve room for more stalls at the Norfolk Showground. Take a look at our site map to see our lovely plans for traders. We supply the pitch/land and you bring the stall. The pitches are outside (as at the Royal Norfolk Show).

After ten years of hard work VW Whitenoise 2012 has finally landed at The Norfolk Showground! A venue known for attracting, and having the capability to comfortably hold, huge numbers of festival goers. Home to  the Norfolk Show and the recent Norfolk Spectacular.

COSTS AND PITCH SIZES:

Single pitch, 8m x 8m £50 (includes two adult weekend passes) Buy now

I NEED ADDITIONAL TICKETS?   These can be purchased at the online checkout or please print out a ticket booking form (on the ticket information page), complete and enclose it with your trade pitch booking forms. View all tickets prices here

IS THERE ELECTRIC HOOK-UP? There’s no electric hook-up, you’ll need to supply your own generator (preferably diesel please). If you require a generator we recommend Tony @ J.W. Munnings  Tel: 01493 603328.

CAN I HAVE A PITCH NEXT TO MY TRADER MATE? We can help with this but please both book asap and clearly state who you want to be pitched next to. We cannot promise to fulfil your requests but we will try (don’t ask about this the week before the show as the answer, understandably, will be no).

DO YOU REQUIRE ANY DOCUMENTATION? Yes please. We’ll need you to share copies of all your relevant insurances e.g. public liability before the event, copies can be scanned by email or posted (Market Traders Association insurance is fine).  YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO BOOK A PITCH WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS. WHERE WILL YOU POSITION THE TRADERS AT THE NEW NORFOLK SHOWGROUND SITE? Take a look at our site map now, you’ll see the trading area is  close to the Grand Ring.

WHEN CAN I GET INTO THE NORFOLK SHOWGROUND TO SET-UP? Due to growing Health and Safety constraints (God love ‘em) please pay close attention to the strict entrance times in place for setting up. These are set in stone. Gates open a day in advance, on Thursday 2nd August between 1300-2200, so you can all get settled before the throngs arrive. See full times below.

HOW ARE PLOTS ALLOCATED? Plots are allocated in order of booking and will be positioned close to the Grand Ring. Your pitch number will be sent  out with your trader packs, which will include a detailed site map and grid reference plan.

SOMETHING EXTRA TO OFFER? If you’d like to do any promotional workshops or secure a programme advert, become a VW Whitenoise sponsor etc… please get in touch. We can email you our VW and Music Festival media pack.

• THURSDAY 2 AUGUST FROM 1300 til 2200
• FRIDAY 3 AUGUST 0800-1000 (GATES OPEN TO PUBLIC 1200)
• SATURDAY 4 AUGUST 0800-1000 (GATES OPEN TO PUBLIC 1000)
• SUNDAY 5 AUGUST 0800-0900 (GATES OPEN TO PUBLIC AT 0900)
