  • don't take your bbq in your tent carbon monoxide risk at festivalsDo NOT take your barbecue or any portable gas stove, lit or smouldering, into your camper van, caravan or tent. Inhaling carbon-monoxide can have fatal consequences and poses a fire risk. There have been tragic cases in the UK of  campers losing their lives after taking lit barbecues into tents or caravans for warmth. Poisoning can cause symptoms such as headaches, drowsiness, nausea and vomiting and can kill in minutes. If you think you may have been exposed to carbon monoxide fumes at any time during the event head to our First Aid Unit immediately.
  • Well-behaved dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead and cleaned up after. They are NOT allowed in the Planet Kids’ area.

  • You MUST have a valid vehicle camping pitch pass for every vehicle you bring in to our VW Festival (camping only).
  • You are responsible for children in your care at all times. All of our FREE festival activities require a responsible parent to accompany their child. We do NOT offer any crèche facilities.
  • Both Camping and Day Tickets are non-refundable.

  • You are not guaranteed admission to all FREE children’s activities at all times. We offer a broad selection of FREE activities; these are a combination of pre-book and no booking requiring. If necessary we will limit pre-books to one a day per child to ensure everyone benefits.
  • Wristbands must be worn at all times. If your child does not want to wear their wristband then you must keep it with you to show security if asked, as is the policy at Festivals.
  • Random vehicle checks are carried out on entry to the Festival. This is required by the local Council. This can slow entry but please remain patient.

I booked VW club tickets and said our club was called Dubs on the Dennie but I think my mate may have changed it but I cant get hold of him tonight, Does this matter? And if so how do I change it tomorrow? ~There will only be three camper vans on this occasion, but they are really cool.

      Hi there,
My daughter has been doing the Club Camping signs today and had to look up ‘on the dennie’ definition so you definitely have a space booked! We have two vehicles down but I have upped it to generous space for three. Have a great weekend! Hope that helps
